How IT WORKS
Rental Process

Reserve Your Rental
Reserve your rental by calling and paying a rental deposit of $50 for the day you want.

We Deliver And Setup For Free
We arrive at your event location between 8am and 10 am, full payment is received, and we setup your bounce house.
03
Bounce And Slide All Day
You have fun all day and around 5pm we return to retrieve the unit.

Questions
Does the price include delivery and setup?
Setup is always free! Delivery is free if the drop-off location is within 20 miles of the Arlington, TN. If you’re unsure, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Your rentals are all day. Can you be more specific?
We typically drop off your rental between 8AM and 10AM, and you will need to have someone at the rental location to pay the balance, sign waiver, and go over safety and operation rules. Enjoy your rental until we arrive for pickup between 5pm and 7pm for rental pickup. Please call if you have specific needs outside these operating hours.
How much space is needed for a rental?
Each rental can be a different size, so you should check the description of each and add enough space for the blower to ensure that the rental does not rub against any objects. Be aware that each unit will be staked down for safety.
Do I have to keep it plugged in all the time?
Under normal operating conditions, yes. The moment power is cut off, it will start to deflate. Keep the power on so the rental will remain safe and inflated. This is why we require the rental unit to be within 50ft of an outlet or generator; otherwise, it will pop a breaker and the unit will deflate. In strong winds, you will need to immediately evacuate the rental and cut the power off to the blower to prevent damage to the rental unit.
Do you require a deposit? What if I need to cancel?
We charge a deposit of $50 up front when you book your rental and will refund your full amount if you need to cancel within 8 days of your reserved rental date. If cancelled 7 days or less prior to your reserved rental date, we will give you a rain check for up to 60 days; you have 7 days to reschedule. Otherwise, a deposit of $50 will be retained and the balance will be refunded to you.
What if the rental unit gets damaged? Am I responsible for damages?
Yes and No. Normal wear and tear in high traffic areas is expected over time. If you see a problem, please alert us so we can fix the problem. However, if damage occurs due to failure to follow safety and operating rules or negligence, you will be responsible for all damages to include replacing the rental unit or associated equipment. We do not want this to happen, so that is the reason for you reading, understanding, and signing waivers and safety rules so you can be the safe operator of the rental unit.
What surfaces do you setup on?
We setup on dirt (no rocks), grass (the best for everyone), asphalt, concrete, and indoor gym floors. We DO NOT setup on gravel or rocks; they damage and wear through the units.
